Returns
Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of product and item must be unwashed and in new condition for a refund or exchange.
- ERROR RETURNS: If the return is a result of our error (incorrect item) or exhibits a documented manufacturer defect, a call ticket will be issued for the return.
- OTHER RETURNS: If a return is requested due to any other reason, such as wrong size ordered, the return shipment and its cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
The following are non-refundable:
- Sale merchandise
- Items that have been washed or worn
- Items that have minor defects in decoration unless there is a discernible defect
If you need to return any item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
On items returned for a refund: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
